Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with strong exposure to technical or AI-driven products
  • Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in an enterprise environment
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts including generative AI, agentic systems, and conversational AI
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on product architecture and solution design
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience with AI-powered billing, payments, or customer engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments and responsible AI frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, model evaluation, and performance measurement
  • Background in utilities, fintech, or highly regulated industries
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s)
  • Product or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum)

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end AI product strategy across customer-facing initiatives including agentic voice, billing, and payments
  • Translate complex business challenges into scalable, AI-driven product solutions
  • Drive program and delivery management for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met
  • Partner with engineering teams to define and execute technical architectures, including APIs, foundations models, and retrieval-based systems
  • Define and measure success metrics for AI systems including accuracy, safety, and user experience
  • Lead collaboration across legal, privacy, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI deployment
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and communications across stakeholders while maintaining alignment with business goals
