As a Product Manager Tech in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will drive product innovation, shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing the strategic vision for enterprise solutions.

  • Developing launch plans.
  • Creating product documentation.
  • Establishing processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics.
