Senior Technical Product Manager, Enterprise Engineering

As a Product Manager Tech in our Enterprise Engineering organization, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide product initiatives that transform how Amazonians work. You will drive product innovation, shape the future of enterprise productivity tools, and champion solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Nice To Haves
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing the strategic vision for enterprise solutions.
- Identifying opportunities across Amazon's internal tools.
- Prioritizing features based on business impact.
- Creating comprehensive product roadmaps.
- Translating user features into business requirements.
- Defining success metrics.
- Ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Managing relationships with senior leadership.
- Effectively communicating product strategy.
- Driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Conducting user research.
- Analyzing user data.
- Making data-driven decisions to guide product development.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through launch and iteration.
- Ensuring that products meet quality standards and deliver measurable business value.
- Developing launch plans.
- Creating product documentation.
- Establishing processes for measuring and reporting on product performance and adoption metrics.
