Digital Core is BMO’s enterprise platform organization, responsible for building and managing shared technology capabilities that support the bank’s core digital services. The organization brings together software engineers, architects, and technical leaders, along with quality engineering, platform support, and business management teams. Digital Core platforms include enterprise API platforms, event-driven data streaming, customer data platforms, identity and access management, document management, workflow orchestration, and enterprise alerting solutions. These platforms are built on a modern technology stack including cloud-native services (AWS), API management (IBM API Connect), event streaming (Kafka), and distributed data platforms (Java, SQL, NoSQL). The Senior Technical Lead, Digital Core B2B Delivery plays a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of platform changes supporting B2B partner integrations. This role is accountable for leading end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Digital Core platforms, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, reliability, and alignment to enterprise standards. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with no direct people management responsibilities.
