About The Position

Exerizon is a fast-growing strategy and technology consulting firm founded by former senior leaders from global consulting and cloud organizations. The firm helps clients address challenges across digital strategy, cloud transformation, data and AI platforms, and application modernization. Its consulting model shares risk with clients through impact-based remuneration and ownership with employees from day one. The Senior Technical Delivery Manager leads client data platform programmes, including lakehouse and warehouse builds, migrations, and modernizations on Databricks and Snowflake, typically on Azure or AWS. This is a technical leadership position with ownership of scope, plan, budget, quality, and the client relationship. The manager is expected to understand platform architecture, pipelines, and costs well enough to challenge both the delivery team and client. The role covers end-to-end delivery from mobilisation and discovery through build, migration, go-live, and hypercare. It also leads mixed delivery teams, supports Exerizon’s proposals and pre-sales, and contributes to the firm’s delivery methods, accelerators, and growth. The position is offered on a B2B contract basis, with a remote work model and access to a central Warsaw office.
