About The Position

AHEAD is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant experienced in the Identify and Protect security functions, including Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), vulnerability management, and secure architecture. The consultant leads diverse teams on scoped client engagements and may lead multiple engagements—such as exposure management assessments, vulnerability management program reviews, and remediation strategy development—or support larger engagements. The role contributes to client delivery through technical and process-focused work, production of architectural, security, and program artifacts, and presentation of findings and recommendations. The consultant may coordinate project timelines, reporting, and alignment to objectives, and is a primary leader of AHEAD security delivery teams responsible for assessments, designs, and operational documentation. The consultant also supports business development alongside sales specialists by qualifying client needs, evaluating security architecture and solution feasibility, participating in client-facing discovery, articulating future-state capabilities, and developing or presenting proposals and visioning workshops. The role contributes to improving AHEAD’s service offerings and capabilities through architectural standards, design patterns, thought leadership, and mentorship. The posted compensation range is $170,000–$180,000 in on-target earnings, including base salary and any applicable target bonus. The range may vary according to relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
