About The Position

Responsible for developing technical product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Define and prioritize the technical product roadmap by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers. Guide product development by defining and communicating detailed software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Have value accountability and content authority over a Team’s backlog and prioritize items to streamline execution of the Program’s goals, mission, and PI objectives. Convey vision to the Agile Team and act as the voice of the customer. Interface & engage to ensure alignment with the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Lead. Sustain all customer facing online experiences and product quality to ensure digital adoption and containment. Manage all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Apply experience in software development (SDLC), web technologies (UI framework, ReactJS, and backend including Rest APIs and Microservices), and analytical skills (Adobe Analytics and Quantum metrics performance monitoring) to convert customer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives. Work within scaled agile development team to bring new products, platforms, features, and business processes to market, utilizing Azure DevOps, iTrack, Adobe, and GenAI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or 5 years of progressive in a related occupation
  • Managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Applying experience in software development (SDLC)
  • Applying experience with web technologies (UI framework, ReactJS, and backend including Rest APIs and Microservices)
  • Applying analytical skills (Adobe Analytics and Quantum metrics performance monitoring) and converting customer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives
  • Working within scaled agile development team
  • Bringing new products, platforms, features, and business processes to market
  • Utilizing Azure DevOps, iTrack, Adobe, GenAI
