About The Position

This position provides onsite hardware support for Resilient Connectivity Products (RCP). You will deliver administrative and project coordination support by managing procurement and kitting activities, tracking project tasks, coordinating documentation and software revisions, overseeing peer review processes, preparing shipping documentation, and collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Requirements

  • Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Experience with customer support and service

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and O365 Outlook experience
  • Experience with Customer Owned Property procedures
  • Inventory management
  • Ability to navigate Collins tools including SAP, JIRA, Confluence, PREP, SharePoint, Ariba, and Master

Responsibilities

  • Track assets including management of engineering supplies
  • Serve as access focal for engineering teams
  • Lead peer reviews in PREP
  • Track CDRL deliveries to customers
  • Order hardware and kit parts
  • Track lead status through procurement
  • Support weekly hardware status meetings
  • JIRA: Support Risk & Opportunity reviews and lead weekly CCB meetings
  • Facilitate document releases in SCL
  • Create delivery documents and coordinate with shipping department to ensure successful delivery of product
  • Work with Customer Owner Property for inductions and consumption of material including ordering and tracking
  • Hand carry material between sites as needed
