About The Position

The Production Team Leader at our New Ulm, MN facility is responsible for leading a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards. This role involves coordinating daily production activities, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that production goals are met. The Production Team Leader will also play a key role in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficient in production management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment or similar industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of production workers to achieve production targets.
