Requirements

  • 3 or more years of US Tax experience
  • A degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • Business level fluency in English – this role interacts with internal and external stakeholders across Canada and the United States
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An analytical mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, including tax technology
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a focus on quality and execution
  • Inclusive team players who support others, manage priorities well, and stay committed to learning
  • Genuine interest in tax and its evolving landscape, and you’re excited by the opportunity to help global organizations tackle complex challenges
  • Someone who speaks up with confidence and brings new ideas to the table

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with corporate or partnership tax - an asset, but not required
  • Plans to pursue or currently pursuing a US CPA or US Enrolled Agent designation
  • Bilingualism in English and French – an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Prepare U.S. corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients
  • Analyze complex cross-border tax issues, including multi-tier partnership structures
  • Conduct tax research and contribute to technical analysis and documentation
  • Support tax planning initiatives and help develop practical, client-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
