Senior Tax Planner

•$120,000 - $150,000•Remote

About The Position

DiLucci CPA Firm is hiring a Senior Tax Planner to own tax strategy and outcomes for a defined portfolio of business-owner clients. The firm has served business owners and real estate investors since 2005 and focuses on proactive strategic tax planning, communication, and helping clients protect and grow their wealth. This is a senior, autonomous, client-facing role—not a training position. The planner leads tax planning conversations end-to-end, including initial strategy calls, designing and delivering 10–15 customized plans per month, and maintaining quarterly planning relationships. Success is measured by the clarity of the strategy, quality of execution, and clients’ confidence in the guidance they receive. The planner collaborates with firm leadership on complex or high-risk matters while independently managing day-to-day execution, client relationships, and deadlines. The role is full-time, with a schedule of 40 or more hours per week and up to 60 or more during tax season or as needed. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 based on experience. The position is remote in Texas, Tennessee, or Florida.
