About The Position

Our client, a rapidly growing CPA and advisory firm with multiple offices throughout the Western United States, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager, CPA to join its leadership team in Butte, Montana. This is more than a tax management position. It's an opportunity for an experienced public accounting professional to step into a key leadership role, work directly with business owners and high-net-worth clients, mentor the next generation of accountants, and pursue a clearly defined path toward partnership. The firm provides integrated tax planning, advisory, accounting, payroll, audit, wealth planning, and business consulting services. Their clients view them as trusted advisors who help drive financial success—not simply tax preparers. If you're looking for a role that combines technical tax expertise, client relationships, team leadership, and long-term ownership potential, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
