The role involves leading tax engagements (1120S, 1040, 1065), delivering planning and strategy beyond compliance, building long-term client partnerships, and mentoring junior associates while leading project workflows.

Requirements

5+ years in public accounting
Experience reviewing returns and leading client conversations
Comfort in a fully remote, high-autonomy environment

Responsibilities

Lead tax engagements (1120S, 1040, 1065)
Deliver planning and strategy, not just compliance
Build long-term client partnerships
Mentor junior associates and lead project workflows
