Requirements

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• Strong leadership, client management, and technical accounting skills
• Experience managing engagements and developing teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience with QuickBooks, UltraTax, and AdvanceFlow preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across tax, audit, and accounting engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Mentor and develop staff.
• Lead and review complex tax, audit, and accounting engagements.
• Build strong client relationships and provide strategic business guidance.
• Mentor and develop high-performing accounting professionals.
• Drive operational improvements and support firm growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, auditing standards, and professional best practices.
