You'll have the opportunity to work directly with experienced Partners and firm leaders, lead increasingly complex tax engagements, mentor and develop Tax Staff and Interns, build lasting relationships with privately held businesses, expand beyond compliance into planning and advisory services, and develop the skills needed to advance into Tax Manager.

Requirements

  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA certification (minimum two exam sections completed).
  • Approximately 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience.
  • Experience with corporate, partnership, trust, and individual income tax returns.
  • Strong technical research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Desire to mentor others and continue developing as a leader.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex corporate, partnership, trust, and individual tax engagements.
  • Research challenging tax issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Coach and review the work of developing tax professionals.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful planning.
  • Improve engagement quality, efficiency, and profitability by embracing technology and continuous improvement.
