Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of tax experience, preferably with complex or growth-oriented clients.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi state taxation.
- Experience with advanced tax planning and multi-state taxation
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare and review complex returns with accuracy.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to think strategically beyond compliance.
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Develop and support advanced tax planning strategies and projections.
- Advise on entity structuring, optimization and multi-state considerations.
- Lead and manage client engagements with a proactive mindset.
- Participate in quarterly strategy sessions with growth focused clients.
