Reporting to the tax director, this position is a key contributor to the venture capital / private equity partnership tax compliance group with significant growth opportunity. Requirements

1 plus years of venture capital / private equity partnership tax experience in Big 4 public accounting or combination of public and in-house partnership tax.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.
Experience with state and local partnership tax compliance requirements.
Knowledge in U.S. foreign reporting including foreign source income calculations, PFIC and CFC analysis.
Ability to work independently while seeking appropriate guidance.
Experience using Corptax or comparable tax compliance software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
Experience leveraging workflow applications to improve efficiency, standardization, and operational effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

Master’s in taxation and/or CPA preferred.

Responsibilities
