About The Position

Our client, a well-established CPA and advisory firm in the Phoenix metro area, is seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join its growing tax practice. This is more than a traditional tax preparation role. It's an opportunity to work closely with business owners, construction companies, real estate investors, and closely held businesses while expanding your expertise in tax planning, advisory services, and complex business taxation. Unlike many firms where professionals spend excessive hours chasing paperwork and administrative tasks, this firm has built efficient workflows, strong support systems, and a technology-driven environment that allows accountants to focus on serving clients and solving problems. Perhaps most importantly, the firm believes public accounting should be sustainable. Team members generally work a 40-hour workweek throughout the year, with approximately 50-hour workweeks during tax season (February 15 through April 15).
