About The Position

The CAGS program is seeking a Senior Targeting Analyst located in Springfield VA. This role involves supporting the Joint targeting cycle, understanding intelligence cycles, and utilizing expertise in remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, and all-source analysis. The analyst will be responsible for target development and leveraging various intelligence analytic techniques.

Requirements

  • BS plus 10 years of Intelligence Experience OR MS plus 5 years of Intelligence experience OR Completion of Army (or Service Equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D; OR 35F/350F MOS specialty school plus 15 years of Intelligence experience
  • Relevant experience in the field of remote sensing, Geospatial analysis, all-source analysis
  • At least 5 years working supporting the Joint targeting cycle
  • Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques
  • Understanding of Intelligence Support /Role in the MDMP
  • Expert level research and writing skills
  • Expert knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, or ArcGIS
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
  • Experience in overseeing and executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D
  • Training and expert knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development
  • Current/active TS/SCI clearance

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with MS Office suite of tools
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
  • Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school
