The Role Dexerto is seeking a US-based Senior Talent Relations Lead (Associate Director level) to drive and expand our North American talent strategy across editorial, video, live events, and commercial initiatives. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role requiring strong industry credibility within the US entertainment, gaming, and creator ecosystems. The successful candidate will manage and grow relationships with agencies, management companies, publicists, PR firms, and directly represented talent across gaming, esports, streaming, and mainstream entertainment. You will play a key role in shaping and executing Dexerto’s US talent strategy — strengthening access to tier-one creators and celebrities while supporting commercial growth initiatives. This role requires industry presence, strong relationship-building skills, sound negotiation ability, and the personality to build trust with high-profile talent and their representatives.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in talent relations, talent management, media partnerships, or agency-side representation within the US market
  • A strong and active network across US agencies, management firms, publicists, and creator representation
  • Demonstrated success securing notable talent across digital interviews, campaigns, live programming, or branded content
  • Deep familiarity with US gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, and entertainment industries
  • Commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue-generating initiatives
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in negotiations and external representation
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage media environment
  • Flexibility to manage time-sensitive opportunities, including occasional evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

  • Execute and evolve Dexerto’s US talent relations strategy in partnership with senior leadership
  • Identify and secure high-impact talent opportunities that drive audience growth and brand authority
  • Develop repeatable processes to streamline talent booking across interviews, video formats, podcasts, live events, and branded content
  • Monitor emerging creator trends and proactively surface new talent opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with US agents, managers, publicists, PR teams, and creators
  • Serve as a primary external contact for talent-facing discussions and partnership coordination
  • Represent Dexerto at industry events including conventions, premieres, tournaments, agency showcases, and launch events
  • Maintain awareness of agency structures, talent rosters, and shifting creator landscapes
  • Partner closely with Editorial, Video, Production, and Sales teams to align talent access with programming priorities
  • Support commercial initiatives by facilitating talent participation in branded campaigns and sponsorship activations
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify talent-led commercial opportunities within gaming and entertainment verticals
  • Contribute ideas for recurring content formats that deepen talent relationships
  • Lead day-to-day negotiations with professionalism and commercial awareness
  • Manage sensitive talent dynamics with discretion and sound judgment
  • Ensure a best-in-class experience for talent across all Dexerto engagements
  • Maintain Dexerto’s reputation as a trusted, professional media partner
