As a Senior Talent Partner at Accertify, you will support the company’s continued growth by managing full‑cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience. This role is well‑suited for an experienced recruiter who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, recruiting across multiple functions, and contributing to well‑run, scalable recruiting processes within a SaaS environment.

  • Proven technical recruiting experience is essential, including the ability to understand technical concepts and thoroughly evaluate candidates for technology-focused roles.

  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • 4-5 years of experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or fast‑growing organization.
  • Exposure to recruiting in the UK and/or EMEA markets is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles across Accertify, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and close.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide guidance on candidate profiles, and support effective hiring decisions.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates across a mix of technical and non-technical SaaS roles, including engineering, product, sales, customer success, and corporate functions.
  • Support and follow established recruitment processes, contributing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Partner with HR colleagues to support onboarding handoffs and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Leverage strong technical acumen to engage, assess, and attract toptiertechnical talent.
  • Source talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach, while developing and applying creative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelinesfor hardtofilltechnical roles.
  • Maintain a high responsiveness standard, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to inform recruiting strategy and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives, including employer branding, building strong talent pipelines, and process enhancements.
  • Assist with recruiting for UK and/or EMEA-based roles as needed, in partnership with HR and business leaders.
