The Senior Talent Business Partner serves as a strategic connector between Talent Management and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, ensuring enterprise talent strategies are effectively activated across the organization. This role strengthens alignment between strategic priorities and field execution—equipping HRBPs to drive leadership development, succession planning, engagement action planning, and culture initiatives with greater focus and consistency. In addition to this enterprise partnership work, the TBP will continue to support Clinical Leadership Recruiting by providing consultative partnership on leadership hiring strategies, assessing talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with the Clinical Recruiting team and business leaders to identify and attract high-impact physician and CRNA leaders. This position can be performed from anywhere within the United States. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be able to work effectively in a virtual environment. Work site attendance may be required from time to time in accordance with business conditions.
