The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work within UC Health’s Human Resources organization as part of the internal Talent Acquisition team with the primary responsibility of sourcing and recruiting quality leadership talent into the system. They will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to fully understand the area of the organization they support and consultatively recommend and execute effective recruitment strategies and tactics. This role is ideal for a person who has experience working as part of a highly visible and engaged Talent Acquisition team.
