About The Position

The Senior Talent Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, building and implementing talent operation processes and procedures with a focus on data, analytics, and reporting. This role partners closely with both TA/HR leadership as well as business stakeholders to align talent strategies with execution on attainment of Talent Acquisition goals. The Senior Talent Operations Specialist will leverage technical, data and business process expertise to drive decisions, create impactful reports and presentations, and lead initiatives that enhance Talent Acquisition operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive Talent Operations experience, including data analytics experience.
  • Create, analyze, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proven history of creating automated documentation within tools such as: Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Google Sheets, SharePoint and MS Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate talent acquisition data into reports with actionable insights.
  • Implement automation and process improvements to enhance process efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Development to ensure alignment of analytics reporting and processes.
  • Understanding of analytics tools such as Power BI and or equivalent Data Modeling solution.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates our core competencies: Action oriented, change champion, customer-focused, developing self & others, and ownership
  • Brainstorm, build, and create TA documentation, reports, analytics around all aspects of talent acquisition processes.
  • Provide data driven analytics to help support workforce planning and talent management.
  • Build a repository of recurring and ad hoc reports across Talent Acquisition, HR and Talent Development.
  • Become subject matter expert in SuccessFactors and other ATS tools to help build reports, analyze data, and increase systems efficiencies.
  • Partner with peers across Talent Acquisition to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance state and federal employment laws including EEOC and OFCCP.
