We’re looking to fill the position of Senior Talent Management Specialist, a skilled human resources professional responsible for leading strategic recruitment, new associate onboarding, and key talent management initiatives. As a member of a driven, high performing, small-but-mighty team, the Senior Talent Management Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the bank, playing a critical role in attracting, developing, and supporting top talent while helping move Park Bank’s strategic HR goals forward. As the Senior Talent Management Specialist, strategic recruitment is where you shine, bringing a consultative approach to sourcing, hiring, and supporting managers through the full recruitment lifecycle. You are passionate about creating a top-of-the-line candidate and associate experience, while also leading key programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, career pathing, and compensation recommendations. You take initiative, think strategically about process improvement, and enjoy turning ideas into impactful programs that support associate growth and organizational success.
