About The Position

The Senior Talent Consultant is a strategic, enterprise-level role within Learning & Development, accountable for leading complex workforce, leadership, and career development initiatives with multi-program, multi-region, or service-area impact. This role independently translates organizational priorities and workforce challenges into integrated, scalable strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, enable internal mobility, and support long-term workforce sustainability across Providence. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Educational Leadership, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5 years practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of and learning & development methodologies.
  • 3 years demonstrated expertise in a broad range of learning & development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions.
  • 3 years' experience with all aspects of talent and learning and development including leadership development, career development & planning, strategic workforce development, and talent management.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, Organization Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP and/or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.
  • Candidates with significant experience leading large-scale organizational change, workforce transformation, or enterprise initiatives may be considered in lieu of formal certification.
