As a Senior Recruiter/Talent Advisor, you will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for assigned business units, hiring top talent across exempt and non-exempt roles, including leadership positions up to Senior Manager/Director level. Operating with high autonomy, you’ll shape talent strategies, use deep market intelligence, and act as a consultative partner to senior leaders (up to SVP) to build diverse, high‑performing teams. You’ll also drive cross‑functional initiatives that evolve our processes, tools, and employer brand. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, including hard‑to‑fill and leadership roles.
  • Strong consultative advisory skills with demonstrated influence at senior levels.
  • Behavioral interviewing and assessment expertise.
  • Proficiency with ATS/recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent pools and calibrate with executives on must‑have capabilities and leadership behaviors.
  • Translate external talent and compensation insights into actionable hiring plans; recommend where to invest, what to build vs. buy, and how to sequence hiring to meet business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders (up to SVP), influencing talent strategy, interview design, and decision criteria; guide trade‑offs among speed, quality, and cost.
  • Craft compelling, data‑driven offers that align candidate motivators with market competitiveness and internal governance; manage complex negotiations.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory, risk, and governance standards; conduct self‑audits and partner on remediation or control enhancements.
