About The Position

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will lead the effort in delivering high quality candidates for hiring needs. You will be responsible for advancing the client brand across numerous markets in professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The successful candidate will: Perform full life cycle recruiting by building excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates and the entire client community. You will have the opportunity to exercise a wide degree of creativity in generating new candidate leads, influence the near and long-term recruiting vision and increase your business acumen.

Requirements

  • A seasoned professional with a strong background in recruitment in the DOD space with experience recruiting Contract Administrator and Subcontract Administrator roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments with competing demands.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Full-life cycle recruiting expertise: Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, and relationship management.
  • Strategic recruitment: Ability to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions across multiple locations, with a focus on national and multi-location recruitment .
  • Collaboration and partnership: Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective recruiting strategies, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches, with a focus on managing customer and partner expectations.
  • Organizational and documentation skills : Ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities in an applicant tracking system.
  • Compliance and process adherence: Strong understanding of and ability to comply with various processes and procedures, including those related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and Department of Defense (DOD) regulations.
  • Prior experience with DOD contract administrators: Experience recruiting contract administrators for DOD or similar organizations, with a focus on understanding the unique requirements and regulations associated with these roles.
  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • US CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED
