Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization and play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for a recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage searches independently, and partner effectively with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
  • Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
  • Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, and/or technical roles
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of employment law and sound hiring practices
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and modern recruiting technologies preferred
  • Ability to assess candidates for practical application of AI, automation, and process improvement preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and move searches efficiently through the hiring process
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for current and future openings
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria in partnership with hiring managers
  • Build talent pipelines and implement proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
  • Promote 365’s employer brand through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
  • Maintain candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and HRIS
  • Partner with hiring teams to assess candidates for practical AI, automation, and process improvement capabilities where relevant
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
  • Support offer development and candidate closing efforts
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and recruiting partners as needed
