Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners on all aspects of the talent acquisition process to include recruitment strategy, candidate identification and selection, compensation recommendations, offer extension and more Provide efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate and hiring manager through all stages of the recruiting lifecycle Maintain accurate and updated candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System with adherence to compliance and talent acquisition processes Demonstrate uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect Maintain composure under pressure and deadlines Operate with a high sense of urgency (action-oriented)
