About The Position

Kokosing is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a broad range of positions across the organization, from high-volume operational and field-based roles to specialized professional and corporate positions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, adaptability, business partnership, and a passion for connecting great people with meaningful careers. The position is onsite and based out of the Westerville Corporate Office.

Requirements

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; Workday experience preferred.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for both high-volume and specialized positions preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) would be a significant bonus.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple job types and skill levels preferred.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of positions across the organization, including hourly field and operations roles, skilled trades, technical positions, and salaried corporate opportunities.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals, social media, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Create and maintain job postings within Workday and other recruiting platforms.
  • Develop recruiting strategies that improve candidate flow and support both high-volume hiring initiatives and specialized searches.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate evaluations, market insights, and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews while maintaining clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and manage requisition status updates within Workday.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and hiring leaders to support compensation recommendations, market benchmarking, and offer development.
  • Extend employment offers and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
  • Continuously evaluate recruiting effectiveness and recommend new sourcing methods, tools, and strategies.
  • Assist with special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned.
