As they continue to grow across Quebec and Ontario, they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract the talent behind their success for both technical and corporate roles. This high-impact contract mandate offers the opportunity to directly influence the quality of the teams delivering their projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven recruiter who thrives in competitive markets while building strong, respected, long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong direct sourcing expertise, particularly for technical roles
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Attract and secure key technical and corporate talent
- Proactively approach passive candidates in competitive markets
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned with project needs
- Advise and influence hiring managers with credibility
- Execute the full recruitment cycle with rigor and efficiency
- Identify and actively engage talent through LinkedIn, targeted networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Build strong talent pipelines aligned with upcoming project needs
- Maintain ongoing market intelligence and awareness of industry trends
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously
- Reduce time-to-fill while maintaining high quality standards
- Present and close offers with professionalism and relational intelligence
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify real business needs
- Provide candid market insights and challenge assumptions when necessary
- Act as a credible ambassador of the Broccolini brand
- Optimize sourcing strategies and recruitment processes
- Introduce innovative practices aligned with our business reality
- Contribute to the strategic evolution of the Talent Acquisition function
