About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll own the full recruitment process and collaborate with hiring leaders and key stakeholders across the Bank to attract and acquire top talent. A key responsibility will be to develop and execute a recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong partnership with business leaders and a positive experience for candidates. Our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist support the Bank's people strategy of building a workforce of highly capable, top performing talent. We are looking for a Commercial Banking Recruiter. Manage full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. Partner with multiple levels of leaders, including senior leaders, to understand the hiring needs and design a recruitment strategy to find the right talent. Serve as a talent acquisition advisor to the Talent Question team and the business, providing subject matter expertise and best practice guidance. Think strategically and creatively to proactively source active and passive candidates from a variety of sources (online databases, employee referrals, external events, professional associations, networking, research, etc.) while ensuring a pipeline of a diverse candidate slate, including senior and executive level pipelines. Enable and upskill Talent Acquisition Specialists on sourcing and recruitment strategies. Create a positive candidate experience, guiding leaders on expectations and timely feedback and follow-up throughout the process. Help identify and drive the development of leading processes, technology and overall solutions to improve and enhance the talent acquisition function. Perform all functions according to established policies, procedures, employment law and regulations, including adherence to OFCCP requirements. Lead compliance oversight and reporting to ensure team compliance. May lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced experience sourcing, recruiting and building strong, diverse talent pipelines, including use of Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, alternative search techniques, and recruiting related technology.
  • Advanced experience prioritizing and executing multiple searches at a time with excellent customer focus and attention to detail, with the ability to train and upskill team members.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.
  • Occasional travel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Banking and/or financial services experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting Commercial Bankers/Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and/or Commercial Underwriters preferred.
