The Senior Specialist within the Americas Talent Acquisition Team will have ownership and accountability for full lifecycle recruitment across a variety of business areas for a premier professional services firm specializing in executive search, leadership consulting and culture shaping. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for leveraging and expanding employer brand awareness, building candidate and talent community engagement, proactively developing talent pipelines through direct sourcing, promoting the internal Employee Referral Program, and partnering with select agencies. Additionally, this individual will act as a brand ambassador for Heidrick & Struggles leveraging social streams to drive applications and enhance our employer brand in the marketplace. The successful individual will be responsible for interacting and establishing relationships with operational functions and stakeholders to lead efficient and effective recruiting processes. Internally, the TA Recruiter will be a subject matter expert of the talent acquisition process chain and a trusted resource to the broader HR team.
