In this role, you'll partner directly with leaders across the business to attract top talent, shape hiring strategies, and elevate the entire recruiting experience - while mentoring junior recruiters and helping build a best-in-class talent function. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field - or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience (corporate, in-house, or enterprise)
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics
- Solid understanding of employment laws and equitable hiring practices
Nice To Haves
- Experience mentoring or leading junior recruiters
- SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR, or AIRS certification
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate, professional, and leadership roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to design smart, scalable hiring strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices
- Coach and mentor junior recruiters to raise the bar on recruiting excellence
- Build and manage proactive pipelines using sourcing tools, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring outcomes
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Support employer branding and diversity hiring initiatives
