The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies to support the organization’s current and future hiring needs. This position leverages market intelligence, innovative sourcing techniques, and data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategies, improve candidate quality, and enhance overall hiring outcomes.
