About The Position

This is a hybrid role that requires the candidate to be present in the Rosemont office, allowing for both in-person collaboration and remote work flexibility. As the Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at our U.S. headquarters, you will be the key driver of our recruiting initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact to fulfill the hiring needs of our teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to understand hiring needs and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing candidates, posting positions, and supporting workforce planning.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation.
  • Exhibit a strong customer service orientation while managing leadership, field-exempt, and corporate roles, and developing a talent pipeline.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in mentoring new talent.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
