We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise in Technology and Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on headhunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, thinks creatively, and leverages AI and modern sourcing techniques to find and attract top-tier talent. As a trusted, you will own end-to-end recruiting for mission-critical GTM roles while helping define and evolve Cyderes’ talent strategy as we scale. You will influence hiring decisions, shape pipeline strategy, and play a key role in building the teams that drive Cyderes’ growth.
