Lead end-to-end recruiting—from strategy and sourcing through negotiation and close—with an eye toward excellence in every candidate and stakeholder interaction. Design and activate innovative and inclusive sourcing approaches to attract diverse, talent across technical and creative disciplines. Build lasting relationships with future-fit talent, ensuring Wizards is always top-of-mind for the best in the industry. Deliver a remarkable candidate experience, creating ambassadors for our brand whether or not they join our team. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition and HR, driving process innovation and data-informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate or agency environment
  • Proven ability to engage deeply with both technical and creative talent, understanding the nuances of skills, tools, and craft
  • A track record of using inclusive, innovative, data-driven sourcing methods to uncover and engage passive and diverse candidates
  • Outstanding stakeholder partnership and timely follow-through that inspire confidence and trust
  • Exceptional candidate assessment, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Leverage AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve your day to day workflow and recruiting outcomes
  • Strong business acumen—you understand how talent fuels organizational success and can tailor your approach accordingly
  • Ability to prioritize and pivot in a high-volume environment without losing precision or momentum
  • A growth mindset with the drive to keep raising the bar
