About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with deep expertise in Technology and Go-To-Market (GTM) recruiting. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on headhunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, thinks creatively, and leverages AI and modern sourcing techniques to find and attract top-tier talent. As a trusted, you will own end-to-end recruiting for mission-critical GTM roles while helping define and evolve Cyderes’ talent strategy as we scale. You will influence hiring decisions, shape pipeline strategy, and play a key role in building the teams that drive Cyderes’ growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology organizations preferrably in Managed Security Services OR MDR or IAM Services.
  • Experience supporting global or distributed teams.
  • 8–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on technology and GTM recruiting.
  • Demonstrated success hiring Security Engineering, Sales and revenue-driving roles in fast-growing, high-tech organizations.
  • Proven headhunting mindset with experience sourcing and closing passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions, sales motions, and what drives success in revenue organizations.
  • Experience using AI-driven recruiting tools, ATS/CRM platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to operate with urgency, adaptability, and sound judgment in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, with a primary focus on niche cybersecurity talent.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand business goals, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor, providing market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using creative, non-traditional approaches beyond job boards.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for high-impact, hard-to-fill roles using Lever - ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI platforms, and others.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, and recruiting technology to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Drive a high-touch, inclusive, and consistent candidate experience from first outreach through offer close.
  • Influence hiring decisions by assessing talent against performance, culture, and growth potential.
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes for scale and efficiency.
