Oak Hill seeks a passionate and experienced recruitment professional to serve as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will serve as a strategic consultant and subject matter expert for recruiting talent at all levels of the organization, with a primary focus on clinical, licensed, specialized, and leadership roles. You’ll partner closely with our executive and senior leaders to meet the complex and evolving workforce needs, while advancing the organization’s talent acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with demonstrated success recruiting clinical, specialized, and leadership-level roles.
  • A proven track record of successfully partnering with executive and senior leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, with a consultative approach and appreciation for the process (Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification is a plus).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting licensed professionals and success navigating credentialing requirements.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (bonus points for an advanced degree).

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical, licensed, professional, and leadership roles, including Director-level and senior management positions.
  • Partner with executive and senior leaders as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives aligned with clinical and leadership workforce needs.
  • Recommend improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and policies to support hiring at all levels of the organization.
  • Track and report on metrics for labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data to inform recruitment and workforce planning strategies.
  • Build and deepen relationships with universities, professional associations, executive networks, and clinical training institutions.
  • Advance the organization’s position as an employer of choice for clinical professionals and organizational leaders.
  • Collaborate with HR and organizational leadership to support retention strategies, succession planning, and workforce development.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and informal mentorship to junior Talent Acquisition Partners.
