Requirements

  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning and talent strategy execution.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven decision making and advanced analytics to identify talent gaps and optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder communication skills to influence and align hiring managers and business leaders.
  • You have a background within the Healthcare, Physician or Optometry space.
  • Experience managing multiple projects using agile methodology, ensuring timely delivery and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into effective talent acquisition solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or related field and 2 year's experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
  • Option 2: 4 years' experience in human resources, talent acquisition or related area.

  • Provide expert guidance on candidate assessment frameworks and interview best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes through agile methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to adapt strategies and maintain talent pipeline quality.
