Strider Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale hiring across technical and corporate functions during a period of rapid growth. This role will play a critical part in building high-performing teams across engineering, product, operations, finance, marketing, people operations, and other business functions that support Strider’s mission and long-term growth. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, and help evolve recruiting strategies, processes, and candidate experience initiatives across the organization. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with operational and strategic talent acquisition responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable hiring practices in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can navigate multiple hiring priorities, build strong partnerships across teams, and help create thoughtful, inclusive hiring processes that support Strider’s continued growth.
