About The Position

If you're an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in fast-growing start-ups and you know how to identify and attract top talent, Sensi.AI maybe the right place for you. In this role, you'll own the full tech recruitment lifecycle, shape our hiring strategy, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. You'll also lead onboarding and support key people initiatives as we continue to scale. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen and refine our recruitment strategies and foundation during a pivotal stage of growth. This role is based in Austin, TX, with a hybrid work setup; three days a week in the office are required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including work within early-stage or high-growth technology companies.
  • A creative and driven talent sourcer with a proven track record of engaging and hiring passive candidates in the technological realm.
  • A hiring expert who independently manages recruitment processes, provides strategic guidance to managers, and coaches teams on best hiring practices to ensure timely and successful hires.
  • A dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, expertly managing multiple roles in parallel while maintaining speed, quality, and strategic focus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to keep all stakeholders informed, build consensus, and motivate hiring decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for optimizing recruitment processes and leveraging data and ATS tools effectively.
  • Experience or ability to manage additional people processes, such as onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and support overall talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial research, sourcing and top-of-funnel candidate generation to signed offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop candidate profiles.
  • Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding both hiring teams and candidates throughout the process while providing strategic insights to ensure the best fit and a seamless experience.
  • Create a recruitment playbook and track hiring metrics to standardize processes, enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences, and scale recruitment efforts.
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and interview best practices and deliver training to hiring teams to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Support talent management processes to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and an amazing people experience.
  • Build and promote Sensi.AI's employer brand.
