Your Opportunity, Your Team The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist supports QVC and HSN. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for roles across our technology, digital, and data openings—partnering closely with hiring leaders to find and attract exceptional talent that will drive QVC Group's continued transformation. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA headquarters several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: DE, NJ, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful time recruiting in technology, digital product, data/analytics, or related disciplines
  • 5+ years experience filling complex, senior-level roles in the Technology field or sector.
  • 5+ years experience translating corporate priorities into candidate requirements for hire.
  • 5+ years experience using recruitment data to develop strategy for niche and challenging roles.
  • 5+ years experience leading recruitment project and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles, from intake through offer negotiation and close
  • Build trusted advisory relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, providing market insights, calibrating on talent profiles, and influencing hiring decisions
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in competitive talent markets
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our employer brand and values
  • Use data to inform your approach—tracking pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks, and continuously improving outcomes
  • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing that elevate our collective capabilities
  • Partner with our Employer Brand and TA Operations colleagues to amplify reach and efficiency
