This position will create and oversee talent acquisition strategy and execution including talent acquisition programs, metrics, tools and sourcing strategies. In addition, this person will provide subject matter expertise and will mentor and manage other members of the Talent Acquisition team. All activities will be performed in support of the strategy, vision and values of JE Dunn.
