About The Position

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Solutions Engineer serving as an authority in systems solutions, performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and ensuring systematic conversion of customer requirements into total systems solutions. This role involves working on unusually complex problems with consultative direction, performing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation analyses, and cost, risk, and supportability analyses for total systems. The engineer will also conduct site surveys and system evaluations, perform architecture and infrastructure assessments, and apply and develop advanced technologies and scientific principles, providing input to R&D programs.

Requirements

• BA/BS in a technical or managerial discipline
• 10 years of experience in systems engineering
• Managerial and leadership experience
• Experience with technical planning and system integration
• Knowledge of verification, validation, and risk analysis
• Experience with site surveys and infrastructure assessments
• Ability to apply advanced technologies and scientific principles

Nice To Haves

• Extensive experience with DoD, DISA, or DES systems engineering
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret clearance strongly preferred
• Ability to work on-site at Fort Belvoir, VA
• Experience leading systems engineering teams in defense environments
• Background in DoD technical planning and system integration
• Familiarity with defense verification and validation processes
