About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior System Manager to serve as a RelativityOne (RelOne) administrator and systems lead supporting the DOJ Civil Rights Division. The Senior System Manager will provide hands-on leadership for complex litigation-support systems, databases, applications, analytics, and technical workflows. This role will lead the administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of the RelativityOne environment while working closely with attorneys, case managers, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership. The position will also support complex technical requirements, data analytics, e-discovery workflows, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled solutions.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience with RelativityOne/Relativity administration and litigation support/e-discovery.
  • Strong experience with database design, systems administration, application configuration, requirements analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working effectively with attorneys, case managers, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting structured and unstructured data, analytics, complex productions, and large-scale litigation datasets.
  • Strong technical leadership, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop, evaluate, and implement complex technical solutions in a litigation-support environment.
  • Ability to manage technical risks and communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification or comparable Relativity expertise.
  • Federal Government, DOJ, or litigation-support experience.
  • Experience with AI, workflow automation, and emerging litigation technologies.
  • Experience supporting complex RelativityOne environments, large-scale e-discovery matters, and advanced data analytics.
  • Experience leading the implementation, testing, validation, and deployment of new technologies and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, configure, and troubleshoot the CRT RelativityOne environment, including user access, workspaces, databases, applications, and workflows.
  • Lead complex and unique technical requirements, including database design, application configuration, development, and configuration management.
  • Coordinate systems administration activities with CRT IT, RelativityOne, vendors, attorneys, and case managers.
  • Work with attorneys and Case Management Specialists (CMS) to define system requirements and carry solutions through design, development, testing, validation, and implementation.
  • Manage technical risks and conduct system and application evaluations to identify opportunities, issues, and potential solutions.
  • Support structured and unstructured data analytics, including Relativity database cold storage, arming, and rehydration.
  • Lead technical support for collections, searches, productions, quality control (QC), coding fields, and privilege logs.
  • Troubleshoot end-user and remote-access issues and provide hands-on RelativityOne training and technical guidance.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and emerging litigation-support technologies.
  • Develop complex technical solutions and present findings, risks, recommendations, and evaluations to CRT leadership and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs).
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the e-discovery and litigation-support lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with technical and litigation teams to ensure systems and workflows meet operational, legal, and case-specific requirements.
