About The Position

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Integrator providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes, or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.

Requirements

Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
Experience with Systems installation, integration, and test experience.
Experience with Engineering technical and project management.
Experience with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor.)
Experience with Request For Change (RFC) impact reviews and assessment experience.
An active and transferable government issued security clearance with Poly is required prior to start date.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Nice To Haves

Experienced with Customer NSIS and/or rapid delivery methods.
Customer relationships.
Experience working across contract and location boundaries.
Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence beneficial.

Responsibilities

Provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition.
Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.
Communicate with many levels of program, other contractors and government stakeholders and works to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices.
