About The Position
Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer. This role involves integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts across internal and external systems, contributing to a rapidly evolving business climate and offering professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM field
- 7+ years of experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- MDA (or DoW) Experience
- Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Experience with systems integration
Nice To Haves
- Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
- Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
- Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems
- Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
- Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
- Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
- Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
- Perform other duties as assigned
