Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has a challenging career opportunity for a Senior Systems Integration Engineer who will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Chief Engineer in the effort of integrating and coordinating complex engineering efforts involving internal and external systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field
• 7+ years of experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Adept with some MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)
• Experience briefing and interacting with senior leaders
• Experience developing digital tools or dashboards
• MDA (or DoW) Experience
• Experience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Experience with systems integration

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating integration between internal and external systems
• Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communication
• Develop tools and processes to capture relevant metrics
• Evaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or status
• Evaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testing
• Perform other duties as assigned
